Deine Aufgaben

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance of medical equipment, particularly lasers, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Providing technical support and training to healthcare professionals on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborating with internal teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Documenting service activities and maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance history.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes and procedures.

Dein Profil

• Experience in servicing medical equipment, particularly lasers, preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German and/or in French.
• Full flexibility when travelling in German and French-speaking Switzerland
