• Project management to lead all the above
• Contract management (negotiation of tariffs, bonus/malus programs, duration & SLA’s)
• Identification of efficiency gains via managing continuous improvement pro-grams
• KPI management
• Inbound Freight (Sea, Air, Truck)
• Outbound Freight (B2B and B2C – pallet, parcel, Express)
• Carrier management (costs, budget, services etc)
• Budget build & Transportation P&L
• Performance and Cost Reporting
• Invoice control and documentation & Claims Management
• Assist Sales Business Units to find delivery solutions to customers/consignees requests
